dc.description.abstract	Hamilton-Jacobi formalism is used to investigate time-dependent constraint systems. It is proved that the generalization of Dirac's canonical quantization method in the nonstationary case can be obtained naturally in Hamilton-Jacobi formalism. The example of the relativistic particle in a plane wave is analyzed in detail.	tr_TR
