Günümüzde de en temel ve yaygın kullanılan yapı malzemelerinden biri olan beton 20. yüzyılın başında mimarlıkta kullanılmaya başlanmıştır. Betonarmenin kullanımı yığma sisteme dayalı mimarlığı dönüştürerek modern mimarlık olarak bilinen dönemin başlamasına katkıda bulunmuştur. Bulunduğu çevrenin çeşitli hava koşullarına karşı dayanıklılık gösteren ve önemli niteliklere sahip olan betonarme 1950'li yılların sonlarından itibaren brüt beton görünümüyle karşımıza çıkmaktadır. Brütalizm akımının da etkisiyle yaygın hale gelen brüt beton ile de modern mimarlık tarihinde önem taşıyan pek çok yapı inşa edilmiştir. Günümüzde varlığını sürdüren ve artık tarihi yapı statüsüne giren bu erken-modern yapılar yakın dönem mimarlık tarihimizi ve inşa edildiği dönemin özelliklerini yansıtması bakımından değerli olup bu yapıların geleceğe sağlıkla aktarılması önem taşımaktadır. Ancak, bu yapılarda uygulama aşamasında ya da kullanım aşamasında çeşitli etkenlerden kaynaklı birtakım bozulmalar meydana gelmektedir. Özellikle brüt beton yapıların korunarak geleceğe iletilebilmesi için ortaya çıkan bu süreksizliklerin tespitinin sağlanıp ihtiyaç durumunda uygun onarımlarla müdahaleler gerçekleştirilmelidir. Bozulmaların tespitleri ve yapılar hakkında bilgi alınabilmesi günümüzde de geliştirilmekte olan ve pek çok avantajı bulunan tahribatsız muayene yöntemleriyle sağlanmaktadır. Çalışma kapsamında yapılan araştırmalar, Ankara'dan örnek seçilen brüt beton yapılar üzerinden incelenmiştir. Bu kapsamda örnek yapılara dair ön araştırma bilgileri ve yerinde tespitlere göre uygulanacak tahribatsız muayene yöntemleri ve gerekli durumlarda uygulanacak onarım yöntemleri literatür araştırmaları üzerinden değerlendirme yapılarak sunulmuştur. Concrete, which is one of the most basic and widely used building materials today, started to be used in architecture at the beginning of the 20th century. The use of reinforced concrete transformed masonry-based architecture and contributed to the beginning of the period known as modern architecture. Reinforced concrete, which is resistant to various weather conditions of its environment and has important qualities, has emerged with its exposed concrete appearance since the late 1950s. Many buildings, which are important in the history of modern architecture, have been built with exposed concrete, which has become widespread with the influence of the Brutalism movement. These early-modern structures, which continue to exist today and are now in the status of historical structures, are valuable in terms of reflecting our recent architectural history and the characteristics of the period in which they were built, and it is important to conserve these structures and pass on to the future. However, some deteriorations occur in these structures due to various factors during the application or usage phase. In order to protect the exposed concrete structures and transmit them to the future, these discontinuities should be determined and interventions should be carried out with appropriate repairs in case of need. Detection of deterioration and obtaining information about structures are provided by non-destructive testing methods, which are still being developed and have many advantages. The researches carried out within the scope of the study were examined on the exposed concrete structures selected as examples from Ankara. In this context, preliminary research information on the sample structures and non-destructive testing methods according to on-site determinations and repair methods are presented by evaluating the literature.
