Günümüzün en yaygın yatırım araçlarından biri de hisse alım satımıdır. Yatırımcıların hisse alım-satımında, analiz yöntemleri etkin bir rol oynamaktadır. Bu tezde analiz methodlarından biri olan teknik analiz incelenmekte, bazı önemli gösterge ve grafik analizleri sunulmaktadır. Tezin asıl amacı William's %R göstergesinin her al ve sat denildiğinde 100 olaydan kaçının doğru tuttuğunu yüzde olarak hesaplamaktır. Örnek olarak en popüler ve market payı yüksek olan en büyük beş banka ile enerji hisselerinin tamamını içeren dört şirket seçilmiştir. Böylece göstergenin başarısı ile genelleme yapmak daha kolay olacaktır. Tezde göstergenin hesaplanışı ve grafik çizimi matematik tabanlı grafik çizicisi olan Matlab' da programı yazılmıştır.
One of the common investment tools is trading in stock exchange. Analysis methods play a major role in the investor's stock trading decisions. In this thesis, technical analysis - which is one of the analysis methods - will be examined and some important indicators and charts will be presented. Actual purpose of the thesis is to calculate as a percentage how many of the events become true out of 100 when each sell or buy is created. The top five banks which are the most popular and have largest market share and all of the energy sector are selected to conduct the analysis. Therefore, a generalization concerning to the success of the indicator will be easy. Calculation of the indicator and plotting of the graphs are computed in Matlab which is mathematical based graphic generator.
