dc.description.abstract In this present study a new method which gives the scattered field by a canonical structure between two different media is introduced. This method is applied to the half-plane with soft boundary condition. The fields are examined numerically. Thus, numerical analysis showed that the proposed method is suitable for these kinds of problems. © 2019 IEEE. tr_TR
