Uyuşturucu ve uyarıcı madde suçları-Suçun unsurları-Suçun nitelikli halleri-Suçun özel görünüş biçimleri-Uyuşturucu ve uyarıcı maddeler-Keyif verici maddeler-Bağımlılık-Mücadele politikaları-Etkin pişmanlık-Suçun önlenmesi-Cezanın caydırıcılığı konularının önemine yer verilmiştir. Konu altında; Uyuşturucu ve Uyarıcı Maddeler, Uyuşturucu İmal ve Ticaret Suçu, Uyuşturucu Madde Kullanmayı Kolaylaştırma Suçu, Uyuşturucu veya Uyarıcı Madde Kullanma Suçu, Aynı zamanda; Uyuşturucuyla Mücadele-Uyuşturucuyla Mücadele Politika ve Trendlerine bakılmıştır. Yine bu çalışmada yaratılacak farkındalığın ve hayır diyebilme yeteneğinin geliştirilmesine de değinilmiştir. Uyuşturucu suçları ve uyuşturucu mücadele politikalarında yapılması gerekenler de tavsiye olarak belirtilmiştir.
This study covers the subject of Narcotic or Stimulant Substance Crimes. Drug and stimulant crimes-Elements of crime-Qualified forms of crime-Special appearance forms of crime-Drugs and stimulants-Pleasure substances-Addiction-Struggle policies-Effective repentance-Prevention of crime-Deterrence of the punishment were mentioned. Under the subject; Narcotic and Stimulant Substances, Drug Production and Trade, The crime of facilitating the use of drugs, the crime of using drugs or stimulant substances, Fight Against Drugs-Fight Against Drugs Policies and Trends were examined. Again, in this study, the development of the awareness to be created and the ability to say no is mentioned. Drug crimes and actions to be taken in drug fight policies are also stated as recommendations.
